I'm looking to get some digital air gauges and some electric valves. I've been eying the avs digital setup and I'm a bit curious if anybody has used these. As for the valves I was thinking about going with the manifold versions that have been floating around until I read that they can only handle something like 130psi or something like that. Any recomendations on the valves, I was kinda hoping to put everything in the center console where the headunit normaly is.

I know most all of us RUN away from Airbaggit.com... AKA AIM Industries....but their digi gauge and sending units are really inexpensive...they have temped me a couple times....but Im scared to spend money on much of anything from AIM. lol

other than is NOT the AIM Industries you speak of. They are AVS a competing company against AIM...... as Joe politely bags on in his ads.

As far as the guauges, I'm sure there all built about the same no matter who you get them from. Like buying bags, and 4 links from different air ride suppliers it's all drop shipped from some place back east. Just some suppliers have customer service, own and build mini's, and do it to help out fellow mini truckers. And some are in it for a buck nothing else.

Manifold valves work well, they make plumbing a little more centralized. However once they get some wear on them the O-rings start to crack and cause leak downs. I haven't seen a manifold that was service friendly once they start to breakdown.

ive talked with a few people that have the avs digital setup and they all hate them and all for the same reason that the readings are not accurate and is tempromental. as for personal experience i have none.

Ive heard nothing good about those gauges also, but no Ive never dealt with them. If your looking at manifold valves maybe look into the smc 3/8". They can handle higher pressures from what Ive read.

The thing is I'd like to have lighted gauges of some sort. I'd like to be able to keep the valves in the center in the truck since I don't know how well they take the weather, espescilly since I'm used to my MIC manual valves in the front console.

i had a one of those digital gauges i bought from FBI and it was a piece of junk. none of the 5 numbers was ever right. id set the truck at ride height and it would show 2 corners at 0psi and beep at me the whole time. i unhooked dat bitch.
