i got a 1990 b2200 and there is oil coming out the back of the head, i want to know if there is a seal or a freeze plug that goes back there

Well you can change the valve cover gasket. If thats not it it might be the camshaft seal its a half moon seal and sits in between the head and valve cover.

or it is completely round. i had that problem last winter. pull the valve cover off and its on the back side of the motor

ya i think its round and it goes directly behind the camshaft on the back of the head. can anybody tell what it is calld and where can get it.

Its just called a rear cam seal, its about 1.25" diameter, you can get em at Advance or Autozone for sure. I bought mine at Autozone, the new head I bought and put on my truck mysteriously didn't come with one, was like $5 or something.

If you loosen the cam saddles, you can remove the disk. If you clean everything that it mounts to, and clean it off so there is no oil residue on it, you can re-use it with RTV silicone.
