legal question

does anyone know if its illegal or not smog legal to relocate the fuel filler neck? in cali.

its still smog legal to relocate the neck, only thing smog checks on you gas tank is the cap.

you can do anything with your tank and the filler neck a long as it seals and has good pressure when you go in to smog it.
