I have been working on these relays all day and nothing! I have everything wired as per the directions and pictures and nothing. The relay clicks and thats about it.No running compressors just the click and silence. Has anyone else had any problems with these? I have looked at other wireing diagrams and mine is the same.Help!!

Have no experience with the ViAir relays. Would think they would work/be wired like most other relays. The fact that they click tells me you probably have the low amperage side wired correctly. Can you post a pic or two? Might be able to give some better advice with some more info.

The Viair is the same as any just has their name on it. I will try to get some pics up before it rains and gets dark.

Sounds like the relays are turning on, Double check the supply. A relay will kick on and off with good signal or the low voltage side. But if the power to send through the relay isnt there you will get nothing. Do you have a volt meter? check for power on the compressor side of the relay with the relay kicked on.

Instead of using the relays have you tried using a solenoid? You can hook up two compressors to one solenoid and the pressure switch goes to the S terminal. Real simple and easy.
