Just wanted to ask yall about how much it should cost to get some work done on a mazda. I love messing with the mini but what if I didn't have the equipment (which I don't) or the time to body drop it or do a back half on it. How much should it cost or does it cost to get stuff done to it Price range.
Thankz.

damn....a G a inch???? holy crap thats steep! so if you wanted to go 3.25 thats like $3250!!! I can think of alot tools I can get for that and learn myself!!! Or by that time, I could find someone on here to do it and pay them and still include my gas AND beers!

there's a lot that can factor in such as do you want to drive in/drive out with everything working as it did, or do you want to do some of the work yourself, such as removing the interior and reinstalling the interior yourself? are you willing/able to rewire things if necessary? do you want to keep the heater and AC? power steering, any other upgrades/changes in the process like shaving the firewall or back cab wall? wheel tubs? body drop the bed more than the cab to keep a full bedfloor? i mean you really gotta sit down and talk with someone who your comfortable dealing with and get an estimate.

ya. . 3250 wouldnt be unreasonable in my opinion. . . Especially after doin a 3.25" bodydrop. . . Its a shit ton of work. . .

But just rough estimates is what I was wondering. You are extremely right in mentioning all those factors. I wish I knew exactly how to do most of the stuff but I don't, and I would love to learn just like the next person but time seems to sometimes slip away. I have done some of the work to get it to it's current state but not enough to brag that I "built it" I wish I could say that but I can't. It's still kinda nowhere actually, just layed on the frame but I wanna do more. Just sometimes seems like I will get tired of it if I don't do something else to it. Does that even make sense

yeah for sure. i'd see a standard cut and weld bodydrop for 3g's. factor in a newer truck with more electronics it'd be more!!

My suggestion would be get a frame built! Bolt on body drop for about the price you were talking about spending> Pm me for further details.
