what are the differences between the two?
toe-may-toe or toe-ma-toe (like a tomato). it's two ways of saying the same thing. they both refer to an extended cab truck, which in the case of the B2200, has buckets seats in the front and tiny little seats in the back (about big enough for a 5-year-old).
You will find that KingCab is usually used for older extended cab Nissan pickups (in my experience)
thats kinda what i was thinking just wanted to check ive been looking for an extended cab and all ive ever seen were cab plus. a guy responded to my wanted add, said he had a king cab, didnt know if there was 2 different ones or not. thanks
mazda =cabplus
Nissan = kingcab
