Bracing on the Bed.

I'm about done bagging my 86-93 Mazda, and I'm prepping my bed. Cut out for the C-notch and removed my plastic inner fenders. I noticed on both sides there are two bracings that come from top and are attached to the top of the fender opening on the inside. Don't have pics.

I don't remember removing them last time, but i must have.

Did you guys just removed them, or what. Seems like the bed side will be flimsy.

i left all the bracing on my bed. they dont look like they are gonna in the way but then again i havent put my bed back on my truck either. but they do lok like they are out of the way.

Those braces are cut out on both the purple truck and my daughters green truck.

i cut mine out also the braces rubbed my tires

dang. sounds like i have to cut mine then lol. better do that before i put the bed back on.
