having trouble loging in.

im having a hard time loging in.

when i go to mazdabscene.com it doesnt load. it goes to connot find server. and it take forever to it to do that. and when i try to log into the chat i can get into it but it logs me in then logs me out then logs me in and logs me out so on and so on.....
i have deleted my cookies and temp internet files.....
and when i go on my desktop i can log in fine.... but not on my laptop.......

any help would be great.
