is there any diferances between an 86 and an 89 i put my fenders and bed on and the beds not sittin right and the fenders arent linin up right. any suggestions

i don't know the full answer except that short/long/cab plus beds are all different sizes from each other... was it same body type you were exchanging?

the fenders i can fix the bed leans to far to the back

it seems like if i bolted it down it would pull the front down level but shouldnt it sit flush anyway

You will need shimmsin there to level the bed and match it with the cabs body seams. The fenders are pretty much the same you have a 10mm bolt in the door jamb that is used for adjusting that.
