Its not the easiest thing to do if you didnt all ready have the new one I would say to call one of the moblie guys and get a price from them. There are a couple of special tools to make it a little eaiser, but you can do it with some piano wire and a couple pieces of dowl as handles, but it might be just as easy to call a local body or glass shop and see what the would charge you, they wont warranty it because they are not suppling the glass but it might be worth it. as for the back window they are a lot easier. but if your switching from a slider to a soild make sure you get the seal too because depending on the brand of slider it takes a differnt seal.

buy one of these, i paid $12. the blade is a hook and it cuts through the sealant like butter, the cable thing is for your other hand. its easy to do with this, did mine in 5-6 minutes.

the pull knife will work but not always depending on how far the ureathane is in on the pinch and if the window has ever been chaged it is even less likly to work. it is always the first thing i go for though but then i have an air knife as a back up. and this is nice tool too it can get to the inside. past the dash and what not
