To debark a dog u clip some or all of their vocal cords.My neighbor had both his Labs partially debarked.It sounds like they have permanent sore throats and are barking in a whisper.BJ

Yeah, im not happy with it at all, but its better than some asshole neigher debarking him with a 9mm... he still barks everyonce in a while, but its like a whisper like hocbj23 said
