So I might be getting a set of sik qx56 wheels and had a few questions for those of you that have them. I am on a bd to rocker and bagged. I will also be using 4wd metal.

Do I need to narrow frame or axle?

What size tires are people running?

I just want to know what i need to make them tuck as I know they are a bit wide.

Thanks,
E

No need to narrow the axle or frame. 225/35/18 is what Ive seen most people using with them

You will probably want to trim or roll the lip of the wheel well opening. It is way too close for comfort.I trimmed mine and pulled the bed sides out.Sorry the first one's a little blurry.

I am running a 225/40/18 on those wheels....I used to run a 225/35/18, but these tires were free and brand new...

I still lay out fine...No need to narrow the axle...I just flared the bedsides a bit and was good to go...I wouldn't recommend trimming the inner fender lip on the bed, it will loose all structural stability...it's designed like a pinch weld...

Just something to think about...Not a big deal...

Not to sound dumb or anything but how do you flare a bedside?
