Does anyone know of any manufacturer that makes or made a pillar pod DESIGNED for an 86-93 Mazda B series? Any info would be extremely appreciated! Thank you in advance
I have always just bought a universal one from an auto parts store for $10 or so and then take a heat gun and mold it to the shape needed...
Works really well! Just a bit time consuming...
never thought of that, It works well? How do you not get your fingerprints stuck in it when heating it enough to bend?
Yep...a buddy of mine made a triple pillar for his b2200..
Just heat the sides and inside then press firmly against the pod itself and it works out well...
I have also hear that an 2nd gen RX-7 pillar pod is close...
Do a lot of checking and fitting before u go that direction. The A pillar slant makes it difficult to read the gauges on some of the pods so be sure u can see em.bj
Thanks guys, Ill order a univ. this week sometime And see about fitting it, Thanks for the info!
Ive got a 3 gauge pod (new) ur welcome to try.It will need cutting and fitting of course.Made in Sweden, pretty well constructed.Black.???BJ
