Tire Size Suggestion???

ok so im about to buy some tires for my 18"x8" chrome navi's like the one pictured below (they have already been re-drilled), im not sure which size would look best on them... 205/40/18s, 205/45/18s, 215/40/18's, 215/45/18s.... what do you guys suggest?

215/40/18 will put a baby stretch on the tires and give it a nice look. 225/40 will fit perfectly flush with the rim.
