I am pretty sure that it is metric...somewhere around the equivalent to 3/8"

I know it's not 12mm, so I would guess 10mm/11mm??

Based on my 89 B2200, I just ran out and checked...

"Two X's" (Spanish Major) Lol!

I have tried that once, not a big fan of the pale ale style?

3/8" is really close to 10mm, if you have any dies try turning one on by hand and just find the match

yea the tap handle is 3/8" i would rather not modify the shifter if i dont have to, just in case someday i need to switch it back to stock knob

You are going to have to make an adapter then buddy!

take a piece of round stock, and tap one end 10mm to fit the shifter threads, and tap the other end to 3/8" for the tap handle.....Then take a piece of 3/8" all thread to attach the tap handle to the shifter....

????
