ill be honest ,i ordered a custom set up years ago i only went through them becuase the guy said he had it all ,it fit and it was the only one like it ,i got it and the vehicle was higher with it on ,i complained i was on a deadline and they didnt do jack shtt,i ate the problem not them i had nothing but problems from day one ,i wanted to send it back no deal,i had to refabricate almost all of it,so now he comes on saying he will do what he can like a saint ,he isnt gonna send me 1800.00 i paid from 5 years ago i can tell you that ,now hes losing business ,and minitruckers are sick of it so now hes gonna try to save the rep ,and gain peoples trust ,i dont care if he gives shitt away he ruined his business with me the first order and even if he wanted to give me my money back id tell him to eat it and choke the aggravation i went through was so stressful ,all the appologizes in the world couldnt buy my business back thats all i have to say

good to see that. cuz ive never heard a thing good about aim. maybe itll change.

i saw that last night and thats good he manned up and is attempting to get his business out of the gutter. but i will still continue to shop elsewhere.

as sosatheshark said... this guy bit the hands that feeds him.... he basically screwed himself out of a lot of business and to try and make up for it after years of it happening.... aint gunna happen joe.....

we'll see if he actually goes through with things. All ive heard about them are negative comments, very few good. Hopefully he can start treating his customers as they should be treated. there are plenty of reputable companies out there.

I've never dealt with AIM,so I don't really have an opinion about them. Reading through the thread though,I can really see Joe's honesty and eagerness to right what's wrong.

no he shouldnt come over here. he might sue us for things that have been said.
