check the bolts that hold the caliber on... my buddies f-150 started banging like that after a break change at the dealership, turned out to be loose bolts (the ones that hold the caliber on) within a few mins (by the time we got it to somewhere to work on it) the bolt came completely out..... also check your upper control arm bolts they are on top of the frame next to the motor on both sides.....

ummm, i just put pathies and 195/50 on mine and its static dropped hard. i suggest you take a look ib front of the gas tank and see if the rubber guard is on the ground. i just figured this out myself today!

Might even just be U-joints. Your driveshaft might be on too much of an angle now with the drop.

What kind of noise is it? Squealing, crunching, whining, scraping?

My u-joints used to crunch when I put it in reverse and then squealed as the driveshaft rotated. Then when I would take off from a stop,it would shudder and make the squealing noise again. WHen I would let off the gas and start braking,it would shudder and squeal during braking and downshifts.

well if it doesnt do it in reverse, its cause what sounds like the front end might be dropping a lil and hitting something ,cause if you hit the brakes going forward the front end comes down more so something is bottoming out for sure ,have someone push down on the front end and look under see what hits or makes sounds ,i hate sounds too lol, just my hypothosis

I would start with your brake calipers and mounts, check your shock mounts, and control arm bolts may not necessarily be brake related but likely.
