They will bolt up yes!
Fit? Not really! They have a really low offset which isn't good and they are 20" wheels....
You'll need to do some modding in the front with your control arms etc....and the rear will be the most difficult! Especially if you are running 2wd sheet metal..
Just my two cents,....from experience!

The Dakota doesn't have the same bolt pattern!

Just buy some off eGay? I am always finding cheap eskies on there for $300-$500 shipped!
I bought my extra set of 18" QX56 wheels for $302 shipped for all four in MINT condition on eGay...
