ive decided to body my truck. im just wanting to know if 2 1/2 inchs will be enough to not lay out on the rockers, but get rid of all the pinch and let the rockers barely touch if not be off the ground like 1/24-1/16th of an inch. i just dont want the bent/drug rockers. just wondering how much to get on the rockers exactly? i did dearch but i just saw like 3 inch's and that looked like it would go into my rocker when i measured.

i want to say that you need to go 2 3/4" to lay flat rocker. but not 100% sure.

best way to find out how much drop you want... is to take a straight piece of square tubing or (cheaper) a 2x4... put it up against the bottom of the frame and allow it to stick out past the body and then you can measure from there

well, if i bodied it 2 3/4 inchs the wheels would stick out 2 3/4 inchs. if i did body it i would make a trick hood that looks stock then when i lays out it push's the sides up. but right now im kinda getting away from the idea of bd'ng it. this is what itd look like laying rocker on the 24's.
