looks good. you cut yours in the exact same spot I cut mine. Get some gas for your welder it'll make welding up that sheetmetal alot easier.

na its a gasless welder. no gas hookup.. flux core is fine. ive never had a problem with it. Gas is cleaner, But flux core holds up just as good, only downside is you have to clean your welds and shit.

just to let you know something in the flux wire will bleed through the paint thats what I heard from a body shop Dont know if it true but thats what I heard.

huh. i have no idea what thats supposed to mean. Ive been doing bodywork with flux core for years and never had a problem.. The weld is exactly the same as a gas mig welder once you clean the residue off.. The only thing the gas/flux is there for is to coat the puddle while your welding it, So that no outside debris (dust, etc) can contaminate the weld. Thats all its for is sheilding, to keep the weld from gettin all chunked up wiht dust and shit. i dont know what bodyshop you talked to but whoever told you that obviously didnt know what they were talking about lol

Dont worry about the fluxcore with the paint. Doesnt cause any problems.
