Hey guys, great site full of info!!

I was wondering what the best wheel and tire combos available for a static drop? We have re indexed the torsions, added 3" blocks and removed 2 middle leafs in the rear. What wheels have the correct backspacing, and would give us the best clearence to be a daily driver?

Any info would be great.

Thanks in advance,
tbv1

16' z71 wheels work well with 205 or 215 40's. they are fairly cheap and tuck very well. u need to bore the center of them to fit over the hubs though.

17" Escalades are good with 205/40/17 rubber. Gotta bore the centre or grind your hub tabs though. See my sig for what they look like.

Or you can just grind the nubs off of your hubs....a lot easier!!!

Just make sure you use a conical/self-centering lug nut so its centers the wheel!

18" Infinity wheels. Have to bore out center or grind tabs on hubs. I have the same static drop you described.

That means those infinity's are 8.5" wide? Whats the offest?

Do they tuck and if so whats your clearance in the front and rear?
