AVS Switchbox wiring help

Ok,....I have a small black 7 switch AVS switch box that I got from a friend...I KNOW wiring but this thing is a MESS. Pink is POS+, not red ....black is in the harness but doesnt go to the inside of the box, etc...anyone have the wiring codes for these things? Thanks
