Ok i picked my truck up yesterday, well coming back home i could'nt drive over 40mph! the whole cab was shaking and sounds like maybe the drive shaft was in a bind. I hit the breaks @ 40 mph going down hill and it was like the rear was skippin/shakin real bad is this because my pinion angle is off?
The truck has 2'drop spindals and shocks in the front, but torsions aren't cranked down wit 205 40 16's
the rear is mono leafed , 3'in block NO SHOCKS, wit 205/60/16's..I gotta get upper shock mounts made..
will that cause it.. any info is appeciated

i wouldnt think the pinion angle would be that bad off considering you are still on leaf springs.

Okay pinion is alittle off but you could be having problems because you are running one leaf and when you are driving it is twisting and you are making the pinion angle worse. I am not trying to be an ass but it is totally unsafe to run your truck with a single leaf bro if that leaf breaks you can seriously hurt the truck yourself and others out on the road put back your leaf pack and go to a local spring shop and get them de-arched. You change way to much when running like that the springs carry the load of the truck and when you do what you have done it real effects the drive and safety.

I totally agree wit you, I am gonna put the leaf's back in !
1 question tho do i need to put the whole pack in or could i just put like the overload spring in with the mono leaf and be safe and have the right pinion angle?

Thats the problem. I ran 3" blocks, mono leafed for 3 years with ZERO problems at ANY height. But, I had shocks. The 1st time I drove it, without rear shocks, It shook REALLY bad at about 50 mph. Any faster and the ass was swaying. When I hit the brakes, the back end was hopping and locking up. DEFINATELY put rear shocks on FIRST....and see what it does after.
