should i body drop or not

still decideing if im gonna body drop mr truck or not what does everyone think??and i dont kno how to post pics on here to show u my truck

i love bodydropped trucks, i think that every truck should be bodydropped. but it really comes down to money and ability. if you have the money for a shop to do it, id say go for it. if youre plannin on doin it yourself, make sure that you trust your fabrication abilities to be able to do it right. i know there is a lot of people here that we can answer questions along the way if you need help but just make sure it isnt your first time picking up a welder or you could potentially ruin a perfectly good truck if you know what i mean.

when asking "should i bd my truck?" the answer should always be "yes!"

a bit of driveability goes out the window when u bd.

I vote for yes. I've never driven a truck that wasn't bodydropped, so I don't know about the drivability thing.

It all comes down to your personal preference and what you intend to do with the truck. If you intend on the truck being a weekend ride or show vehicle, I say go for it. Another factor is how tall you are, expect to lose head room in the cab. I'am 6'3" and could not afford to lose one bit of head room.

In the end, just do what YOU like.

no loss of head room on a stock floor bd. and on a traditional a bd on a mazda isnt really all that bad. just cut down your seats. ive got a buddy that has a bd on his isuzu pup that is around 4 3/4" or so and its hell for me to get in and out of it and im 5'9". be thankful you arent bding one of those! haha
