any 1 had any problems with ebay items?

Hello..
I was wondering if anyone bought anything on ebay that didnt come out as you hoped?

I have bought a few things for my truck on ebay and had great things to say about them. I bought some bumper ends for my truck few weeks ago n they finally came in on sat. they match up but none of the holes lined up. having some problems tryin to return it, they dont respond to there emails. I just want to see if i am not the only one that bought bad products..

its happened to me a few times, if they are not responding and its been a dcent amount of time, give them a negative feedback, they will see that and then try to fix the problem to get rid of the neg feedback if they are a half decent person/company

ive never had a bad product but the headlights i got recently took almost a month to get from the time the payment was recieved. i sent numerous emails with no response. until i mentioned that i was going to give them bad feedback in an email. they responded imediately with the tracking number and it showed up in a couple days. so i would try threatening about negative needback because it hurts their reputation. it worked for me.

I've had a few issues with sellers not giving full disclosure on what wrong with the item. Recently a non paying buyer dogged me. I do a lot of ebaying, both for truck parts and electric guitars/amps. You really have to make youself a smart consumer.
