Drop Zone State to State Cruise

Hello B-sceners,
I have been entertaining the idea of a state to state cruise this summer ending at the Drop Zone run. Then while surfing around today, I found that Drop Jaw Mag was already organizing one! There will be four stops at shops.

Day1 Wed Aug 23
1) San Diego ,CA
2) Torrence, CA @ The Shop
3) Fresno, CA @ Draggers Inc.
4) San Fransisco

Day 2 Thurs Aug 24
1) Early photo shoot at Golden Gate Park
2) 10hr drive to Drop Zone

I am sure they will have changes in the schedule before then, but it sounds really cool to me. I just don't know if I still have the cajones to drive a roadster for two days straight in August. I might be a little crispy by the time I get to Salem.

Is anyone interested? I am even entertaining a Mazda only caravan.

im pretty sure domination is doin their cruise again this year too.

we could setup a mazda cruise too from everybody comin from up north and meet with mazdas comin from the south in salem. so we will be rollin in deep when we show up to the show.

Im down for that, I am about 3 hours north of SF, You have to pass to go get to Oregon lol, So that would be sick to all cruise up togther, Im taking a whole week off this time, So anytime you all are rollin through, I will be ready

Yeah rollin in the show as a group would be nice. I may re-route on Thursday after the golden gate shoot cause they are going to FBI in Stockton. I would like to go to FBI, but I think Stockton is more inland. I need to look at a map!

Also, I only plan on bringing a hat, sunscreen and my ATM card. Travelin' light.

I would have to meet some time after the SF meeting point. SF is 80 minutes South of me. No sense in driving there then back North again. Also it is more like a 12 hour drive from that area, and with a caravan it can take up to 14-15 I have found.

I will probably be catching the Domination Cruise if Oliver does that again though.

I would love to go on a cruise in my truck but it would take a lot of work to get it road trip worthy.

i will be comming from the north in washington but ill be there

we need to set up a cruise comin from up north too. im comin from the tri-cities and would definitely drive the extra time to go up to the sea-tac area to cruise with other mazdas down there
