Hard time rolling down my windows.

I have a hard time rolling my window down when it gets about half way down. Where would i lube it. and what would i use?

pull the door panel and youll see the regulater in there (gear) use white lithium grease

yeah,mine is pretty stiff too,once you get it about 3/4 of the way down,I need to crank it with 2 hands,lol.

I found on one of my trucks the rubber peice that the window slides on gets messed up at the bottom... might look at that?

you can get a clear silicone grease in a spray can at your local auto parts store, its great for the window rubber and felt window runners\guides. its clear so all you ned up having to do is clean the window when yours done. I have had a number of cars and trucks with SLOW power windows...just lubing the tracks with the clear spray fixed it every time. Do the white lithium grease on the inside of the door though a mentioned above, lube up the regulalator at any point u can see movement when you roll the window up\down ( with the door panel off ) gl

ya mine are hell to get down past half way. i have to use two hands. and i dont think i've ever gotten it down all the way. i'll have to lube it i guess...
