I think it would be at least 25 or more. I know in WA the vehicle has to be 30 or older to get classic/collector plates.
Ya Im from NY I knwo out there its 20 but now im in PA and now 1 here has a dam Clue.. Or low riders for that matter..
To me a classic car is pre 1973. That used to be the California smog law cut-off. I believe that now it is 30 years or older.
TX is 25 years old. Therefore, my VWs count (running classic year of make plates) and the maz does not. Can you believe my truck is nearly 20 years old? Damn.
in Tennessee,25 years for antique plates, pre 1985 to escape smog rules.Prolly different in every state /province.BJ
it varies from area to area from 20 to 30 years.
In Ontario, 1987 and older is emissions exempt, 25 years old is a classic and 30 years old is historic.
believe Mine's 21 years old DAM
depends on the state. here, its 20 for collector, 25 for pioneer, which you only license once!
in wa its 25. my friend had an 81 bmw and it was considered a classic and didn't need emisions testing
