As freakin sweet and rare as that Datsun is,I'd scoop up the Mazda instead. It looks super clean and is a good base to start with.

Buy them both, fix the maz, sell it for double the $800 you are paying for it, sink some loot into the maz you have now. That Datsun looks like a money pit.
