Anyone hunt?

Whats up my fellow truckers? So I got to thinking. How many of us go hunting, whatever form it is?
This year was my first using my mini-truck to go hunting. And it was my second year of hunting. Although, I still have not been able to harvest a single animal. I really hope to get a deer next year. And this is hence why I was talking about getting a mid-size truck instead. I do not have any problems using my truck, since you can't drive on public lands. But the dirt roads were a bit brutal to my butt. The little whoopty doo's kept me at a steady 5mph!
Anyways, I was going a little off-topic. I mainly try to hunt deer, but I've tried bowhunting deer and turkey. Next year I'm just going to get a combo and try for some animal that steps in my path. But bear is probably the first animal next year since that season opens first.
I've got a New England 7mm mag with a Burris Fullfield II 3-9x 40mm and a bipod. Quit a rifle for how much I bought it for, and has a heck of a kick!
Ive also got a bow that my uncle gave me when I was younger, but I've never got anything with it except deer targets, haha.
And then, I've also got a 12 ga. Winchester Model 1300 for bear or poultry. I love using the shotgun! Pretty good with it with clay pigeons!
I don't really have any hunting experience since its just me and my friends usually. It is a difficult hobby to master, but I really do love it! I not only would enjoy the harvest of a big game animal for all its tasty meat, but when you go out in the woods and trek up in the mountains, the view is really surreal.
So anyways, does anyone like to enjoy the outdoors and the challenge of bringing down a beast head to head?
