Looks like a winner! I would be affraid to let my child be taught by this person just on their personal apperance. You gotta look professional before you can be professional... and dropping the N bomb on students isn't professional.

OK.. now it makes more since. My mom is a teacher at a high school in FL, and she teaches the lower class kids (most of u LOL). Going threw the public school system, and dealing w/ kids like that.. its easy to understand how they put up a front for their parents or other people, and act a totally different way in front of their peers and teachers. Those kids drop the N bomb like crazy, and get totally offended when someone else says it. I say he got a taste of his own medicine and has some angry fued between his teacher (bad test grade or something). I think it was immature for the teacher to stoop to that level, but loosing his job over something like that is totally uncalled for. IMO
