Mazda wont go fast then 60kph

Mazda wont go faster then 60kph....i have to drive to rogers pass in acouple days...what is wrong with it???

And now it keeps stalling out...here's a video..

Mine old Mazda did that when the catalytic converter was clogged. Pull it off and check it out and see if its clogged.
