REMOTE STARTER INSTALLATION

Any tips, tricks, do's or don'ts with regard to installing a remote starter on a 98 B3000, 2WD Auto.
Best wires to cut into, etc.

When I put mine in I attached to the wires at the column so I could mount the relay on the metal piece just down the column under the dash. Only difference is mine is a manual so I had to train my self to leave it in neutral and set the parking brake. (the truck will drive on its own if left in gear and you have to run it down. NOT fun) hope this helps
