well i just took a nice chunk of cash from the bank and decided what better to do than buy a turbo rotary and stuff it in my '90 b2200 now that ive bought the engine i was wondering if anyone knows anybody that has accomplished this before.. im not doing the swap untill the weather warms up...( around april) but the engine finaly got here from japan and boy does it look sweet.. i cant wait so go out and find my first unsuspecting mustang..haahahah
Lets see some pics of this thing!
russ d is doing this now hes on street source and is an electrical engineer so he knows his shit hes doing a naturally aspirated what about you?
Not trying to be rude.. but shouldn't you have done your reasearch before you bought the motor? I'm sure you will be just fine.. but puttin the cart before the horse imo.

i was gonna go that route , i heard it was pretty easy, but i have NO info on it cuz im not gonna do the swap.
i bought the shop manual for the 13-b S5 rx-7 that my engine came out of so i think ive got the wireing under wraps. i know ill need a hoodscoop cuz the intercooler is part of the intakemanifold... but i was more worried about maijor mecanical issues like hitting steering components and what not if anyone knows anyone i could contact let me know.....heres the company i got my engine from...good company.. you get what they advertize...jspecautosports.com
i have done that type of swap before its easy dropping the motor in but you going to run into probs doing the wiring to get it running.im a mechanic by trade and it still took me about a week to do it 1 day motor 5 days wiring have fun
