Sweet, Who made the hood?

I really like the way he made the grille, got any closer pics of it or know how he made it??

The hood is a stock 2600i with the custom scoop we did it here at the shop.The grill is a stock grill recut for escort lights

there is a close up in the exterior section under front bumper.,
