the curse

well guys as some of u know, my truck has been in storage for 3 years, and i just got her done last month, so i drive it all around town now, well thiss morning i was baby sitting my nephew, for awhile untill my mom came over to take over the babysitting thing, so i wa excited to leave and drove to the gas station to get some smokes, i parked the truck, walked inside and got my smokes and as im walking out i see this full size chev pulling away, i look at the tailgate of my truck and its dented all to hell, so i went running to his truck and yelled at him to stop, then the first thing he says is" i didnt hit u" what made u think that i was comming to talk about that? but thank for spilling the beans anyways, so i went to get his info and he refused at first, so i bitched and bitched and he gave it up, then he says he'll give me 150$ for it, i laughed, i said no because it has more then u think to fix, theres pearl in the paint and u need to blend it and so on, so i went to the body shop and had an estimate done it came up to 1009$ to fix, i called him and told him that and he shit his pants, now im playing the waiting game, but every year i drive the truck it get hit somehow or somewhere, im really thinking of selling it right now because im tired of this shit,but we'll see...... the curse continues..........

jsut make sure the ass hole pays or threaten to turn it into the guys insurance company if he don't pay .

I would be talkin to the guys insurance company in the first place. If he only wanted to give you $150 then he definately isn't going to give you $1000.

gonna sell b/c you say "its cursed?" thats fked up man. talk to your painter buddy about a good deal on fixing it, turn that shit in to his insurance company and come away with some fat cash in the wallet, spend it on gas and drive that bitch!!!

You need to make a police report about it asap. Then get in touch with his insurance company. Dont waste your time dealing with the guy on your own. That hardly ever works out

well the curse continues!!! i got the money from the guy who backed into me,he gave me 750$, andi havent taken it in yet to be fixed, but.... i just got it back from the shop last night after a week and a bit waiting for driveshaft parts, itake it in to work today and park it, i walk back out side for a smoke and i was backed in to again this time my tailgate is a gonner, i didnt see who did it this time and i hope i find out did it cuz im going to punch them in the so hard in the back of the head, now im stuck with another problem to deal with
