Any one know who owns this?

this truck was at showfest05 some sort of dedication to some one in the war or something . if there anyone knows whos it is , contact info , or a ssm profile please let me know . My neighbors dad wants to interview and take plcs of this guys truck . ( war perservation website) he said his dad flipped when he saw a couple of the pics of it . and wants to talk to this guy badly . any info would be great.
