New guy from Jacksonville Fl

Iv been lurking around awhile, but decided to pull the trigger. I picked up a 93 2200 for my twin boys last week. I forgot how much I loved these little pickups. I owned one before I enlisted in the USAF, it was such an awesome truck. The truck I got for my sons has a weber carb installed. It runs great. The synchros are bad. Im grinding up shifting from 1st to 2nd and down shifting from 3rd to 2nd. The guy at the local transmission shop quoted me $1000 to rebuild it. I think im going to look around town for one.
