newbie in the puget sound

so i traded my civic for this truck and fell in love but i did manage to hit a fence already(yes idiot move i know) well i have a 84 b2000 and was wondering if the for courier parts swap over as far as fenders hood grill and bumper go? please help want to get it looking like it use to be as far as clean goes
