Hey guys long time no chat. It's been a while but things happen, you leave the nest and always return back home. My first mazda was a 86 b2200 standard cab/bed. I had it for 2 years and got way into minitrucking. I origionally got it just to deliver pizzas with while going to college but ended up spending more time with it then school work.
From front to back it had chrome grill and bumper, I rebuilt the motor with a webber progressive carb, 4x4 fenders, phoenix gold tantrum 10" sub and type r amp in a sick box I made a wraped in black, integra seats, 03 escalade machine finish rims, checkmate tonneau cover, shaved tailgate and a roll pan. And it was finished off with a semi gloss black.
Then one day I parked it at the MAX (metropolitan area express) out light rail get around town train, to go to school (Portland state university). When I got home I went out to the parking lot to get into my truck and drive home, and wouldn't you know it there was a tan jeep parked where my truck was. Thinking maby I was loosing it and parked somewere else I went wondering around but couldn't find it anywhere. Finally got the cops and reported it stollen.
Now organized me I have every receipt for that truck in a box at home. I had $6,500 into that truck including how much I bought it for ($1,100). I showed it all to the insurance company and since I only have liability (I could fix what ever damage I put into it) they could only give me the blue book value and $1000 for add ons max.
They found the truck a week and a half later a few towns over. I had to go identify it. Who ever stole it just wanted to haul yard debris out of there yard. Every rim was curbed up, tailgate was smacked in, webber carb was gone, sound system was gone, my book of 50 cds were gone, and the tonneau was gone. It was a sad sight, but I got pics of it.
A Few months later I moved so Sacramento CA to go to Universal Technical Institute and take there auto body collision repair and refinishing technologies program. It was a year long and afterwards I came back home and bought me another mazda.
Now I have a 1990 b2600i standard cab and bed, all stock and the games continue. Sofar I got a 4x4 bed and fenders, a roll pan, all handels and badge holes shaved, new black carpet, tortion bars backed out till only 6 threads hold them on, 3 inch blocks and middle 2 leafs removed, and a flowmaster 40 series muffler on.
Ive been trying to log back onto the sight ever since I got my new truck but my password didn't work and and when I got a new one it says I tried tomany times and wouldn't work. But last night I got it to work and now when ever I go to the sight it logs me on automatically so I don't have to worry about that.
Picks will follow of my old and new truck when I can figure out how to attach them. Thanks for reading my Chapter long bio. Oh and I only live 5 miles or so from mazda fest in Troutdale so I will see yall there.
