Nope he ment 97. In the other countrys that where luckier then us. The Mazda was made until 98. In the 96-up models they changed the front end and the dash (more rounded). You can change out your core support put on the hood, all the grill parts, bumper and keep your fenders. Then you have a new front end. I've seen that dash in rhd in australia. They have all the parts you need on just chosse the mazda bravo ute 96-99 model and see all the parts you need.
