Hello everyone! My name is Terry and I am from Boiling Springs SC. I just bought a 1987 B2200. The engine is in pieces but the block, crank, head, and cam are coming out of the machine shop this week. Truck is in a little rough shape but nothing that my buddy and I can't take care of. Already has a header on it, 4x4 front fenders and bed. But both of them need some body work. Already dropped with blocks in the back and monoleaf'd and the t-bars have been cranked down in the front. All this is sitting on a set of z71 wheels and some nearly slick tires lol
My main concern right now is getting it back on the road and running. The crank and cam have both been polished, the deck has been shaved as well as the head. I am going to be ordering a full gasket set for it tomorrow as well as a full set of new bearings for it.
But enough of the babbling, I will save that for the right section on here lol

Will do on the pics. I couldn't beat the price. $300 for everything including the engine work.
Biggest reason I bought this truck was for something to drive around while my 2003 Ranger is being worked on. It is right in the middle of a 302 swap and I am amassing engine parts by the box load! Some of the southeastern peeps might have seen it around. It is flat black right now, mountaineer front end conversion, slammed with lambo doors.

The right front fender is going to need some work. But that is the beauty of having a body and fab shop at your disposal
I will be getting a ton of body parts for it after I get it running so I am sure that visa will be smoking lol Not to mention after I start the bagging project.

wassup man got any pics of that ranger? im in hickory nc which is about 30 minutes to the closest sc line. that ranger sounds familiar.

Yeah, you might have seen it in full Freak Show attire as well. It was sprayed and tagged for freak show 7 this year. Didn't have an interior, driveshaft, radiator or anything else to really make it driveable at the time lol
The truck is stripped down now getting more modifications done to the body and my Shortblock from DSS is supposed to be done in the next month and a half. So I hope to be driving it again soon.
