hey whatup, i got my second b22 and heard about this site.. my first was an 88 b22 se5 carb reg cab 5 speed, and i hooked it up with stock black painted rims, a black 4x4 grill, black bumper, gauge with tach from an x cab, stock dodge neon seats that bolt right in with no mods at all, and i removed the rear bumper, but then i found out i was having a son so i traded it for an escort.. but now that my son is 7 months old i got another b22, this time an ex cab 5 speed, lowered, neons, and a system, i havent gotten it yet but i already paid.. i can give links to my old truck but im on 56k right now and its terrible!!

btw what is the fastest and easiest dohc swap? is it the fe3? or would it be esier to just put the sohc 626 motor?? im really just wanting something fuel injected that i dont have to buy any mega squirt or anything like that... just grab the motor wire harness ecu and what ever parts i need....

As far as a dohc, you could do the kia swap & it's ecu & harness, the 626 engine will have the dizzy on the wrong end + its only a sohc but 12v, if you could source a mazda bongo head, its 12v, but still sohc, but could probably run the 626 ecu & it still operate....many options, just depends on where you want to go with it, and how much green you want to plant in the truck!

yeah im plannin on putting around 5k into it, but not yet, for now im just gunna rolls it how it is, im pretty young, 21, and my wife works for boeing so in a few months we gunna go get a 20k dollar loan so she can get a new car and i want 5k to drop into this truck, or buy another supra or something, havent really decided, but if i come across a good enough engine for the truck the money will definitely go into that, will a mazda bp motor fit? just curious cuz im also an escort guy, yes dont laugh LOL, and i love the bp due to tha fact they are dohc and non-interference with a huge after market..

hey thanks everyone, well i didnt get the truck today, the guy is claming he put it in the shop, i called bs in him cuz why the hell would you put a truck you sold into a shop to get fixed and pay for it?? i think i may have to go beat his ass if i dont get it tomorrow, sorry for the language but you can mess with peoples money like that ya know..


but tomorrow ill let everyone know, and ill try and get pics with my shit cam
