why cant i log out

i click on the lof out option and it doesnt go through

i believe if you have the "remember me" box checked when you log in, then it wont really let you log out, because it always re-authenticates your username and password.
you may need to go into your internet options, remove all passwords. then the next time you log in, dont allow it to save your password. hope that helps. let me know what happens.

Why would you want to log off
