Need to be more specific, is the dump truck a chevy? If they are steel they can't be milled to fit a 19" tire so you would be stuck with a big sidewall tire.

8 bolt or ten? The person to ask would be someotherguy on here. He has ran 19.5's before

The dump truck will almost surely be a 3500HD with the 10 lug by 7.25" bolt circle pattern, no, those will not fit a regular 3500, not without some custom one-off adapters, anyway.

There are 19.5's that are direct bolt to a regular 3500 truck, 8 lug by 6.5" bolt circle, most commonly found on the Frito delivery step vans, due to that most people call 'em Frito 19.5's. You can find them if you dig around enough boneyards or even look on eBay.

Note the other most obvious difference besides the bolt pattern, the 10 lug wheels have 5 hand holes, the 8 lug have 4.

Holy crap! $265.. nice to have new, but for steel I think I'd dig up used ones, there's plenty of them out there. For $265 on a steel wheel I'd be looking to spend a little bit more instead and get aluminum, Trevor carries some Eagle direct bolt 8 lug 19.5's for $275 each! or milled to 19 for just another $100.
