1998 DRW rearend swap with 2001 disc

Hi everyone
my 1998 GMC dually wants factory rear disc brakes, I have access to a complete 2001 dually rear end setup with disc brakes.
Been thinking of doing the swap of rear ends or can I use the 2001 as a parts donor?
Its been awhile , time to do something to the truck again.
has anyone done this swap and what kind of problems might I get into...
Bolt pattern for the wheels?
