I just picked up a 85 chevy crew dually and would like to put 22.5 semi truck rims on it but I don't know what tires to go with . I would like to stay with a semi tire also ( lowest profile I can get ) . Anyone know what size tire I should get ? And I won't be slamming it to the ground . I want it to stay as close to factory ride hight as I can . Any info would be great !!!! Thanks guys !

there are zero low profile semi tires. you can not stay factory ride height with semi/big rig tires. it will lift your truck like 10 inches.

you have to have your 22.5s milled to a 22 inch tire then you can get a low pro 22 inch tire to do what you want. but no semi tires will work

Check into what car haulers run for tires, they are not low pros but smaller

the car hauler run 19.5's. you'll have to mill em down to run stock suspension. there are taller tire's available for 22's but a very big tire will rerquire some lift.

I don't have a problem lifting the front a coupe inches to match the rear . Would I be able to make something work then ?
