What size speakers are in doors and rear pillar?

Trying to order some new speakers for mids and highs but can't remember what sizes I need. Anyone know for a 2000 chevy crew cab?

In my 96 (which I think is the same) I put 6-1/2's in the doors and 4x6's in the pillars. My current 93 is different up front.

Yeah factory on 95-up are 5.5" weirdo proprietary GM speakers where the attaching ring is molded into the speaker, but you can get 6.5" in there like getsum did. B-pillars are 4x6, just like dash speakers on 88-94.
