Dash swap from 94 to 95+

I know it been touched on a few times but I want to make sure that I know what I'm in for here. lol. I want to convert from my 94 dash to a 95+ dash. Anyone have a write up or has successful done it before?

I am assuming I'll need just about everything like the steering column and the blower box assembly. what about the wiring?
