This is what's commonly called a 6-link
This is the parallel 4-link portion
This is the rear lift bar
You can use a lift bar on practically any 3-link, wishbone or 4-link as long as you have room. And part of the setup is the flexible joint needed to keep it from binding. Commonly called a shackle or (dog-bone)
And then you have the watts link to keep the axle centered through cycling.
